How to make a village develop to become success village?
I'm a student university at gadjah mada university <UGM> Indonesia. I want to develop a village in one location especially in Jogjakarta province that located in Indonesia. My friend ever said that in that village still many people who can't read and write. Include : Adults. I really surprise to hear that. So that, I want to help them. So what step that must I do first? And Must I build relation with social department or other social organization?

You can't because if it does it will become like Jakarta.They should keep their tradition and culture.Don't let all places in Indonesia become like the ugly Jakarta or Tangerang.
