This registration document, made available on Jan. 24, 2007, by the Fransiskus Assisi school in Jakarta, Indonesia, shows the registration of Barack Obama under the name Barry Soetoro made by his step-father, Lolo Soetoro. Name: Barry Soetoro Religion: Islam Nationality: Indonesian How did this little INDONESIAN Muslim child - Barry Soetoro, (A.K.A. Barack Obama) get around the issue of nationality to become President of the United States of America ? PART 2: In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama's qualifications for the presidency, the group "Americans for Freedom of Information" has released copies of President Obama's college transcripts from Occidental College ... The transcript indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia while an undergraduate at the school.. The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify for this scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship. This document provides the smoking gun that many of Obama's detractors have been seeking - that he is NOT a natural-born citizen of the United States - necessary to be President of the United States . Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya , here we see that there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship.. Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of Obama's campaign spending. This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records. Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still on-going but that the final report will be provided to the U.S.. attorney general, Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has refused comment on this matter. Please post any links you have. Or email me.... same as my YA name. I had heard Obama sealed all his educational records. Where did you hear Occidental College actually released them? I had heard rumors early last year that Obama had applied as a foreign student there. What a lot of people don't realize is this: even if there is no proof that Obama was born in Kenya, that still doesn't put him in the clear. His mother married Mr. Soetero in Indonesia, and according to some, he adopted "Barry". Indonesia does NOT allow for dual citizenship, so by being adopted he renounced any claim to American citizenship. Also his mother was not yet 19 when she gave birth and the 1940 U.S. Immigration & Naturalization Act is clear about this: she cannot automatically pass on citizenship. Another little interesting tidbit is that there is no record of Obama having a U.S. passport before he got into the Illinois Legislature. However, by his own accounts he had travelled.... to Pakistan and other places. Interestingly, there was a high level travel alert about Pakistan for Americans. While I do not believe the State Department was actually forbidding Americans from travelling there (1980/1981), it is interesting that Obama seems to have had no problems, probably because he was travelling on an INDONESIAN passport.

But I don't see anything here that would help save the nation. Herr Obama is going to be Der Fuhrer for a little under three more years then he'll get the the boot. Would love to see his Fascist hiney fired now, but that would put that moron Biden into the White House and Nazi Pelosi as the Vice President. THAT is a scarier picture than the current one of Jimmy Carter 2.0 on steroids scenario being played out for the comic delight of the entire planet!!!

Part 1: If a minor is born in the USA, and is then taken abroad, that minor child cannot lose American citizenship, nor can the legal guardian take it away. An overt act must be made at age 21 to actually reject conferred citizenship. For Obama, the key date would be August 1, 1982. The records were never released by Occidental College for Part 2. But even if they were, again note the age: before age 21. Because of that little tidbit, that should render the rest of the argument irrelevant. Anyone attempting to use that as a smoking gun would be shot down, because that was for his age 18 and age 19 years. As for natural-born citizen, that has never been defined.
