how can i petition my dad and my sister?
I am a US citizen born in California and have been living in New York for the past five years. my sister is coming to NY with a student visa this summer from Indonesia.how can i petition them? is there a website i can go to that can guide me through the process? do i have to be 21 (I'm 20 atm)? and can i petition her while she is finishing high school in the US? whats the difference between sponsoring someone and petitioning someone

you need to be 21 as far as i know , you can visit this website for help http://www.visajourney.com/ ... there is lot of people which can help you on YA too so i hope one of them pops up , good luck btw i am not so sure but it might be easier if you petition your dad and then he petitions your underage unmarried sister himself , anyways ask on visa journey and then get a lawyer if you have the money for that , or seek help trough a pro-bono immigration organization such as catholic charities so they can guide you through the process .
