how can i petition my dad and my sister?
I am a US citizen born in California and have been living in New York for the past five years. my sister is coming to NY with a student visa this summer from Indonesia.how can i petition them? is there a website i can go to that can guide me through the process? do i have to be 21 (I'm 20 atm)? and can i petition her while she is finishing high school in the US?
