Are college interviews available for those applicants who live abroad?
I'm planning to apply for Yale for college. But, I live in Indonesia. I know that I can apply online as an international student and take TOEFL test. But do I get to have an interview, though? I'm worried if I didn't get it because I wasn't really interesting 'on paper' (I really, REALLY want to go there). I believe a part of my chances to get into Yale is on the interview. Yale does not require an interview. An interview does help and there is a Yale alumni club in Indonesia. It is likely that the admissions office will ask one of the alums to conduct an interview if it feels one would be conducive to its decision.
